Day 18: Roof Steels and Timber Added

Today the roof went up. The steel arrived in the morning. It seems that once again my architect designed everything to be too big.

The 4 builders, all of whom are well built guys, struggled to get the steel support in place. No idea how much it weighed but for them to struggle like that, it weights more than enough. On the plus side, we now have an upstairs fire escape should we ever need it!

As well as the steel the top wood was place in too.
