Things really start coming together in week 7 when the even more insulation went in, and then the plasterboard started to go up.

The insulation used was QuinnTherm, which is similar to brands such as Kingspan and Celutex. For the roof, they put 75mm between the rafters and over-boarded with 25mm, to give 100mm total. All boards were sealed with insulation tape before insulation board was screwed to the rafters.
